No personal information will be disclosed outside the Performance English business except where the service or program is delivered by an external service provider in which case your enrolment details will be supplied to that provider so that they are able to deliver the advertised services to you and contact you in the case of a change or alternation to contents, dates or times of the advertised service.
No other external organisation will have access to your personal details without your express permission, except where required by law.
