How do I enrol?
You can enrol by internet, phone, fax, email or by mail. Please access further information at our 5 Easy Ways to Enrol Page.
Is there any assesment to qualify for enrolment?
To ensure that all groups progress quickly Performance English accepts only intermediate students and above, except for Genreal English students for which pre-intermediate students are accepted. Students will be assesed before the course commences. If the enrolment has been processed, a full refund will be given.
How do I know that my enrolment is confirmed?
Your enrolment is confirmed once your payment has been accepted. We will send a confirmation of enrolment to your email address, or postal address if no email is provided.
What happens in the event of postponement or cancellation of class?
If we do not receive enough enrolments to run a class it may be postponed or cancelled. A full refund will be provided if the class is cancelled or on request if it is postponed to a later date. Students will be notified on thier listed contact details of these changes but it is still the responsibility for students to confirm that the class will proceed within 24 hours before the class is due to commence.
Are there discounts for groups?
If you have a group of 5 or more students, discounts may be given if you contact Performance English Enrolments or email us.
Can you send me information on a course please?
Yes of course, but all information is downloadable from this website. Please contact us if you have any problems and we will send you out details in a hard copy.
Where is the course on?
The venue should be listed on your class confirmation. It is also listed on this website under venues, please check the start time and the location on the map carefully.
The course was not what I expected!
Performance English attempts to document course outlines carefully to accurately reflect the content of material covered in its courses and we do our very best to cover this material. Please contact us if you feel that the course outline and the material delivered in the course did not match.
